Marone Hats is rooted in an Italian story of craftsmanship, vision and continuity. It began in 1881, when Rocco Marone started a small production of handmade hats in a village in Southern Italy. From that first gesture, a long entrepreneurial and human journey took shape—one that crosses generations, places and changing styles while preserving the same core value: respect for well-made work.

Over time, the company grew alongside the Marone family, transforming artisanal experience into a recognizable product culture. After the generational transition and a long phase of development between Laurenzana and Bitetto, the brand consolidated its identity in Foggia, where a broader and more structured vision of production and collections emerged, always grounded in authentic manufacturing sensibility. The opening of the first store in Foggia in 1960 marked a key moment in this evolution.
